How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

FDA restrictions do not allow food and beverage manufactures to accept return items. You can however file for a refund against our satisfaction guarantee.

Please send your refund request with the following required information to the address below:

Refund requests must be sent using the Certified Mail option at your local USPS office. Requests sent without using Certified Mail and do not have a tracking number will be returned to sender. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of purchase. Please include the receipt, the UPC code off the product container or box (not the entire bottle or box please) and a return address with your full name. No additional information is required. Refund fulfillment will take 6-8 weeks. Refund amount will be the price paid up to the suggested retail value of the product. If multiple items are returned, only the one highest value item will be refunded. Limit one refund per household. Failure to meet any of these requirements will void your refund.
